What we collect

When you send us a WhatsApp message through the quote form we receive the details you enter — typically your name, phone number, postcode, email address (optional) and a description of the job.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a visit and provide a quote, and to carry out and follow up any work you ask us to do. We do not sell or share your details for marketing.

Where it's stored

The quote form on this website does not store anything. When you press send, it opens WhatsApp with your message pre-filled, and nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp. Your message is then handled under WhatsApp's own privacy policy. We keep enquiry details only as long as needed for the purposes above and for our business records.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by contacting dazgreggs@yahoo.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
